Payment information: billing details processed securely through Flutterwave. We never store full card numbers.
Task content: the content of tasks you submit, including any files or documents attached.
Communications: messages exchanged with VAs through the Platform.
Profile information: for virtual assistants, this includes professional background, skills, and availability.
We also collect information automatically:
Usage data: pages visited, features used, task submission patterns, and session duration.
Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address.
Cookies: session management and preference storage (see Section 7).
